Why: Vangar Publishers wishes to motivate and encourage children to write and to experience the thrill of being published. As educators we wish to support the efforts of parents, teachers and students. All children have an equal opportunity.
Judges: Teachers, librarians and freelance writers volunteer to help judge the entries. An evaluation tool is provided. No volunteer is asked to review more than 10 entries. The names of the writers are withheld during the judging.
